On opening a GIPA one is greeted with a lucious floral aroma that pours in to a golden pale ale. The beer is based on those expected to last the journey from Britain to India in the age of the Empire. This flavour now travels from Chicago Illinois and is an absolute treat. Started in a brewpub in Clybourn Hall Chicago 1988 this brewery has come a long way fast. This classic ale adds a fruity aroma, set off by a dry malt middle, to ensure that the long hop finish is one you'll remember.
