Christmas Festive Menu

  • £5pp deposit is required to secure festive 3 course & buffet menu.
  • Deposit is payable within a week of enquiry in order to secure party slot.
  • For the festive 3 course menu we will require you to submit your party’s pre-order, including any special dietary requirements, via email 7 days prior to booking.
  • All buffets will be provided with a food service time, this will be no later than 8.30pm.
  • Each party automatically assumes a 2.5hour seating slot, during busier periods we reserve the right to move your party once this time is up if we require the table for another party. Parties booked after 7.30pm will have the table for as long as they require it.


Reduction of Numbers/Cancellation Policy

  • Please note that if your party booking reduces by a significant amount, we reserve the right to re-seat your party to a more appropriate table/area.
  • Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate special seating arrangements, these cannot be guaranteed.
  • Party members & full party cancellations 7 days and under will forfeit their deposit
  • Cancellations made the same day and under of the party for the 3-course menu will forfeit their full balance.
  • Any cancellations for the buffet menu must be made sooner than 7 days before the date of the party and must not decrease to less than the minimum number required for the buffet menu or the full balance will be forfeited.
  • It is the responsibility of the booking organiser to inform all members of their party of this policy.


  • Drinks Vouchers - £3.75 per voucher, redeemable against a pint of Moonshine
    or Heresy, a small glass of house wine or soft drink
  • Drinks Vouchers - £4.25 per voucher, redeemable against all of the above plus house spirit and mixer or a pint of Heathen
  • We do not permit customers to consume their own food or alcohol in any of our venues.
  • As licensees we have a duty of care to provide alcohol to our customers that is under our control.
  • All of our food is prepared in a kitchen where nuts, gluten and other allergens are present. For allergen information please get in touch with a member of the team.
  • We require all dietary and allergen information to be submitted 7 days prior to the booking. It is the responsibility of the booking organiser to inform all members of their party of this.
