A beer that has won public acclaim and awards in a very short space of time.  Originating in Fremantle, Western Australia this pale ale is bottle conditioned and its name is intended as a reference to live yeast.  The beer has a rich golden colour, with a light sediment.  The palate is refreshing and rich in fruity hop notes.  Bitterness slowly emerges in the long finish along with tangy flavours and a apersistant honeysuckle and fruit lift.
