Description Kellerweis is one of the only American Hefeweizens made using the traditional Bavarian style of open fermentation. This difficult and labor-intensive technique adds uncommon depth and flavor complexity. Our hazy-golden hefeweizen is deeply flavorful, refreshing and perfect for a sunny day. 4.8% ABV A hazy orange colored brew with a white head which dissipates quickly. Spicy, herbal, fruity aromas. The taste is great, cinnamon, citrus, caramel, wheat, floral hops, with some banana. Very refreshing and easy to drink. Well worth a try and a great addition to the Sierra Nevada range of beers!!
