Description Traditional Brussels lambic beer with caramel and candy sugar added to sweeten it up, 4%. VERY VERY VERY SWEET! Since 1800 Faro has been served on draught in cafes around Brussels, lambic has been drunk there even longer and features in many of Breugal's paintings. A sweet beer with a base of lambic extended with water and candy sugar, just light enough. The sugared notes predominates, lending a general flavour which does not intensify on the palate but is wonderfully refreshing.
