Description
A tasty more affordable slightly subtler Gueuze than the offering of Cantillon, 5%.
This is not to report a Gueuze in any way to be subtle! A sharp slightly sour explosion occurs on the palate from a fizzy champagne quality due to the blending of old and new lambics.
A cider like quality, in most lambics is especially obvious in this beer.
Fruity and very acidic any lambic beer is an acquired taste, this beer is unforgettable and surprisingly refreshing, a beer to drink instead of wine.
This traditionally acidic gueuze is distinguished by its mixture of aged and new lambic. The sourness is not exaggerated, focusing mainly on the tip of the tongue and the back of the mouth. Subtly flavourful.
