Description Intricate refreshing lambic based white beer, 4.5%. All Lambic beers have wheat added to the hops, malt and water however this one is different. It takes the ingredients of a traditional lambic and combines them with the common ingredients of a belgian blanche beer or witte beer such as the famous hoegaarden. This beer has coriander, orange peel and pale candy sugar added in the brew kettle to make a refreshing summer style lambic that goes down well with a fish dinner. Yet another unique beer style at the Devonshire Cat. An unconventional blanche brewed as it was once in the farms of the Payotteland, with wheat added to a lambic. Its flavour is slightly tart and fairly rounded with a hint of lemon peel, slightly sweet but excellent as a thirst quencher.
